In the process of defining a new vision for the Motiv Home brand, our goal was to develop three key pillars: originality, creativity and the idea of cooperation. We began with a thorough analysis of the company's needs and the opportunities they faced. Our strategy was to become a clear plan of action, driving the brand's development and providing it with a competitive advantage in the market.


Market and trend analysis
We conduct deep market and trend analysis to understand changing customer needs and identify new development opportunities. We discover areas where Motiv Home can achieve a competitive advantage and effectively meet consumer expectations.


Creation of modern collections
Based on the collected data and conclusions, we create modern furniture collections that are an expression of Motiv Home's individuality and style. We work with talented designers to create products that not only impress with their aesthetics, but also meet the practical needs of users. Thanks to this strategy, Motiv Home has won numerous awards, including 8 Must Have statuettes for all collections submitted in 2024.

Visual Identity and Graphics
Our strategy also includes creating a coherent and recognizable visual identity of the brand that reflects its character and values. We design graphics, logos and promotional materials that stand out from the competition and build a strong brand identity.
